We review supplements so you don't waste your money.

Independent. Research-driven. No BS.

The health supplement industry is a $150+ billion global market flooded with bold claims, fancy packaging, and marketing budgets that dwarf actual product quality. As someone who has spent years researching nutrition science and testing supplements firsthand, I started PureUtilab to cut through the noise.

Every review on this site is based on real research — ingredient labels, clinical studies, manufacturer transparency, and where possible, my own hands-on experience with the product.

Who We Are

I'm the founder and lead reviewer at PureUtilab. I'm based in Malaysia but my research covers supplements available globally. I hold certifications in nutritional science and have spent over five years studying the supplement industry from both a consumer and researcher perspective.

I started this site because I was frustrated by how hard it is to find honest, unbiased supplement reviews online. Most "review" sites are really just marketing platforms dressed up as content. PureUtilab exists to do things differently.
