As someone who has spent years researching nutrition science and testing supplements firsthand, I started PureUtilab to cut through the noise.

Every review on this site is based on real research — ingredient labels, clinical studies, manufacturer transparency, and where possible, my own hands-on experience with the product.

Who We Are

I'm the founder and lead reviewer at PureUtilab. I'm based in Malaysia but my research covers supplements available globally. I hold certifications in nutritional science and have spent over five years studying the supplement industry from both a consumer and researcher perspective.

I started this site because I was frustrated by how hard it is to find honest, unbiased supplement reviews online. Most "review" sites are really just marketing platforms dressed up as content. PureUtilab exists to do things differently.

How We Review Products

Every product we review goes through a rigorous evaluation process. Here's what goes into our ratings:

• Ingredient Analysis — We check dosages against clinically studied amounts, evaluate bioavailability, identify filler ingredients, and verify whether the formula matches what the label claims.
• Third-Party Testing — Does the brand publish Certificates of Analysis? Are they tested for heavy metals, pathogens, microbial contamination, and purity?
• Clinical Evidence — We look for peer-reviewed studies supporting the key ingredients at the dosages used in the product.
• Value Comparison — Cost per serving, not just bottle price. A cheap $15 bottle that underdoses is worse than a $30 bottle that actually works.
• Brand Transparency — Where are products manufactured? Do they disclose their supply chain? Can you contact them? GMP certification status?
• User Experience — Taste, solubility, capsule size, shelf life, packaging quality, and ease of use.
